The Tennyson Players have run a drama workshop at Easter for the past fifteen years and the workshop is now sweet sixteen and still going strong.
If you’re a stage struck 7-18 year old you could soon be enjoying five days of drama, song and dance and fun.
This year’s theme was inspired by last year’s participants, who suggested a show based on musicals, so regular leader (and past participant), Chloe Gale got her creative hat on and devised this year’s ‘Show Shocker’.
The five days involves the youngsters creating short scenes in groups, plus songs and dances, culminating in two performances on the last day.
The workshop runs from Monday 14th April to Friday 18th inclusive, (first week of the school Easter holidays). The workshop will take place at the Mablethorpe site of Monks Dyke Tennyson College and is only £25 per child for the entire five days.
